Hello I'm new to the community and would like some help please. I have just replaced my laptop and have downloaded Playmemories ( I was using windows 7 with the old PMB and movie maker and had no issues) when importing files, i have the message "videos that cant be imported by PM have been found. To import and play camera must be recognised, connect usb cable." Another pop up appears with MP Root and the files are imported her, under format MP2. Confused as to why formats have changed, Stills imported are fine, dont understand as using sony software with sony camcorder. Also tried to play published movies I had backed up on Media player, again files couldnt be opened, message saying a codec could be missing I would appreciate any help, Thankyou
