Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promoter of the WH-1000XM4 Silent White promotion ("Promotion") is Sony Europe B.V. of The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW, United Kingdom ("Sony").
  2. The Promotion is open to individuals in the UK aged over 16 who have a personal Twitter or Instagram account. Employees of Sony and their family members are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Instagram. By entering this Promotion you agree to release completely Twitter and Instagram of all liability in relation to this Promotion.
  4. The Promotion will run from 9th July 2021 until 11th July 2021 ("Promotion Date"), closing at 23:59 BST.
  5. To enter the Promotion simply comment your favourite chill out song on the Promotional posts using your personal Twitter or Instagram account on the above Promotion. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
  6. Your comment must remain visible on the promotional post until the end of the day on Sunday 11th July 2021, otherwise your entry may not be acknowledged.
  7. Participants are prohibited from submitting comments that are defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or otherwise violate any law or Twitter’s and Instagram’s terms of use. Comments or tags must not include reference to any third party brands or damage the Sony brand in any way.
  8. Only one entry one person will be accepted. Anyone found to have entered using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
  9. At the end of the Promotion Date, two winners (one on Instagram and one on Twitter) will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winners will each receive one pair of Limited Edition WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones in Silent White (“Prize”).
  10. Each winner will be contacted within five (5) days of the Promotion Date by direct message to their Twitter or Instagram account and will be required to respond to accept the Prize and to confirm their address for delivery of the Prize. If the selected winner does not respond and comply with the instructions in the initial message within five (5) days, the participant will lose their right to receive the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
  11. The Prize will only be delivered to an address within the UK and Sony aims to deliver Prizes within 28 days following receipt of the required delivery information from the winner.
  12. Sony makes no representations or warranties whether express or implied, regarding this Promotion, other than as expressly set out in these terms and conditions. Sony shall not be liable for any technical errors or errors on third party social media platforms that may prevent a participant from entering the Promotion or from receiving or sending direct messages.
  13. No cash or alternative prize is available. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
  14. The winners shall be fully and solely responsible for any individual tax liability (if applicable) relating to receipt of the Prize.
  15. Participants' personal information will be processed in accordance with Sony’s privacy policy available at https://www.sony.co.uk/eu/pages/privacy/en_GB/privacy_overview.html and will only be used for the purpose of the administration of the Promotion.
  16. Entries may be disqualified if Sony reasonably determines that there has been an infringement of the entry requirements, these terms and conditions or public order and morality.
  17. Failure by Sony to enforce any of these rules or terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  18. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
