BDP-S370 Blu Ray not playing correctly on my X85 4k tv

HELP. I have a BDP-s370 Blu Ray player. This unit plays great on my HX926 and my smaller LG HDtv.

However I have just bought an x85 4k tv and the picture is somewhat pink/purple and distorted and in a smaller letterbox type picture.

Is this normal. I have checked the s/w against what internet says and all is updated.

Do I need to tell the tv to dumb down its pixels or should this occur automatically. Or do I just need a newer player??

Can you please try another HDMI cable - this is normally the case in regards to pink/purple etc.

In regards to Letterbox - when watching something via the BDP-S370, press the [Action Menu] button on the TVs remote control and go down to "Widescreen" and set it to what you like.
