      <title>Netflix Error UI-800-2 on Sony Bravia 2015 Android TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting a&amp;nbsp;Netflix Error UI-800-2 on my 65X9005C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only fix is the delete all the Netflix data and start over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not what I'd expect from a brand new Sony TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is &amp;nbsp;there a fix for this irritating problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having issues with Netflix for a few months now. Every week I need to do hard resets on the TV, and home internet, and then it works. But it's strange and bothering me to have all this work and waste of time with a smart tv (Bravia KDL-43W807C). &amp;nbsp;Netflix is THE main reason I sit in front of the tv, so it's quite distressing and&amp;nbsp;suspenseful everytime before pressing that button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So 2 days ago&amp;nbsp;I had to reset Netflix from scratch and erase all stored info from that app, hard reset tv and network. Done that and worked, yeah &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.pl/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today Netflix wouldnt work again. But network was fine and connected. Problem was that the hard reset apparently messed up&amp;nbsp;date and time, which were&amp;nbsp;back to 2016. This was conflicting and blocking netflix from&amp;nbsp;turning on. No way to change that manually and automatic setting was ON and disabled of being switched off, just like this other user experienced:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.nl/t5/android-tv/wrong-time-greyed-out-time-options-bravia-2015-android-tv/m-p/2152871#M3316" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.sony.nl/t5/android-tv/wrong-time-greyed-out-time-options-bravia-2015-android-tv/m-p/2152871#M3316&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After several hard resets&amp;nbsp;the problem would remain. What worked for me was, without&amp;nbsp;unplugging anything, simply do a soft reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then network was on, date and time were fine, but netflix still didn't work. I got the error code ui-800-3. I simply followed the steps on this support link and it's now (FINALLY) working again:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.netflix.com/nl/node/12232?ba=SwiftypeResultClick&amp;amp;q=ui-800-3" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.netflix.com/nl/node/12232?ba=SwiftypeResultClick&amp;amp;q=ui-800-3&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all of those who post the solution steps for all issues.
