You can manually downgrade but it "could" void your warranty this is how

if something goes wrong just re-start the whole process all over, as long as you DON'T unlock the bootloader you should be fine.

Hi uliwooly,

Regarding the warranty voiding,my understanding was anything with out unlocking the bootloader is safe?If so ,do you think flasing with flashtool is a safe method?

Also the flashtool I am going to use is 0.7.1.0 but most of your/other posting was menting about the version 0.6.x..Does it makes a difference.

hello, I have this problem with my Xperia pro, I've used 4.1.B.0.587 firmware version, but now I want to downgrade to GB, I have the back up from 4.0.2.A.062, but using FlashTool, this reinstalls the ICS, so I tried with an old one like 4.0.2.A.58 that works but when I try to update via OTA to 0.62, it says that "Can not install the software", Any idea?
