Hi,

I am very upset after spending a huge amount of money I am facing so many problems in my Xperia P.

1. Notification sound doesnt work even after repairing my phone as instructed by Sony service support.

2. The sim lid chipped off automatically on the very first day of the purchase. Now this phone looks awkward.

3. Till I was managing with the above two probs but now the phone's earphone doesn't work, I have to plug in hands free all the time to answer a call.

4. Aftre the reboot phones default ringtone starts automatically and it keeps ringing until I switch my cell off and again start it. sometimes it continues after 3 or 4 restarts also.

Would you guys help me with a better solution? Sometimes I repent on my decision on going with sony whilst my friends were recommending me to go with samsung.

I still hope and believe that I will receive a good service and the problems will be taken care of.
