After the update from ICS to JB i need to do a factory reset or a repair via SUS? Can someone give me some links of threads around here on how to do it safe cause i can't backup through the app in the phone. I can only backup things on the phone memory not internal storage. Do i need to reset the internal storage too so i can get a lag free update?

once you have updated to JB, you can backup important data from the phone memory e.g contacts, messages using the alternatives as linked above by Uliwooly. after backing up you just factory reset your device. this way you'll enjoy a lag free update!

TIP: if you have the "Back up my data" seected under "back up and restore" in settings menu, once you setup the device and log in to your google account, all your apps will be re-downloaded onto your device if your connected to the internet!

any update of Android will cause lacking of a feature on Xperia.

SONY is not up to the task.
