What Update???

I am in the US and am on ATT...apparently this Jellybean update came out last month on the 25th, but I have been checking PC companion everyday and it is still saying that my ICS 4.0 is still up to date. I am getting a little aggrevated since this happened to me with the ICS update. I was about 4 weeks behind everyone else. Where is my update!!

Same for an unbranded Ion in Germany. Nothing yet.

for the AT&T variant its up to AT&T to test > approved > and release the update not Sony

Last time i tried that it ended in a soft brick cause this guides dont work too well with Windows 8.

And why should i fiddle around with this when the update is out for two weeks now.

I understand that the carrier branded devices take some time, but an unbranded device in germany? I just dont get the logic behind all this - if theres any.
