Hi there hope not to take along from your time

My xperia SP while iam working on it is suddenly stop working and restart, Why?

Aslo want to knew how to active tracking mobile service while it has no Xperia™ > my Xperia

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved

If problem still persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software:

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions

my sp came with antivirus

shall i remove it

or do software repair

i will try remove antivirus

and tell you

uninstall not active what to do
