Xperia u update failure

I was updating xperia u using PC companion but after it downloaded the files it directed me to disconnect the phone and reconnect it pressing Volume down button. after few moments later it stated that update failed and now i can't even power on my xperia u. it got stuck in green led light. I tried to flash but it was unsuccessful.SUS also same.I don't know how to make it work please can anyone help me to get this thing works.

Charge your phone for 1 hour > try to repair your phone with SUS

When i connect the charger, only red led light up with green illuminating bar for some time, then it goes off.

Hey u just lost your existing software charge your phone for 1hr then download flashtool and Xperia u ice ftf file from xda xdevelopers and flash it with flashtool

No need to.take it to service centre try this....
This problem is solved by uliwooly in past for me.......
