Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To get an unlock code for your phone you need to contact the operator the phone is locked to.

I don't have this code i'm afraid, you need to get it from the operator.

Have you tried to enter any random codes? You only have 5 attempts to enter the correct code so if you have entered wrong code too many times it can't be unlocked.
