Sony Xperia Z3+ ( Ear Speaker Volume is Very loud & Loud Speaker Volume is very Low )

The volume through my inphone speaker is very low when I want to make a call using the speaker and I can't seem to get it to an acceptable level.

Does anyone have a solution that have found.

I adjust to full volume but can hardly hear the caller on the other end which is a real issue when using video calls.
