Is any Xperia latest product have GPS problem? Because my XA2 is really hard to lock on any gps sat...frustrating 😤

I have the same problem since today. I had to use GPS today and I could not find anything. but a week ago it worked. I tried with a test service and it still does not work.

After update to android 9 i alzo have problems with my xa2. Waze and Google maps can't get a gpsfix

The problem is I'm using OSMand, and I'm offline, and I need GPS.

I found a solution but it's annoying. I try the test mode (*#*#7378423#*#*), I used the option of GPS location test ,it's nothing happen just told me waiting for location update.

If it does not connect and give it "purge data" and then turn the phone OFF and waitind 5-10 minutes , then turn ON the phone.

is working !

this solution keept me a day, then I have the same problem. But I tried the toou and I see that my GPS is working for 2 days now.

I have read it when using SAVE MODE, GPS is restricted to using the battery and the signal is weaker or maybe it will not connect to the satellites. so I canceled the restriction from the settings.
