    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. When I plug the charging cable into the phone, it's not charging properly - as in it only charges when I hold it at a certain position. It happens to all cables so I'm pretty sure the charging port is broken. Will I be able to get the charging port replaced at the sony customer centre in HK?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
