Update Service hangs for LiveView

I've just received my LiveView device. Since its connection to my mobile phone has been far from stable (Motorola Atrix 4G), I've decided to try the Update Service to be sure that the latest firmware version is installed. However, it gets stuck in the screen below (it's in Portuguese, but it should be easy to understand what's going on). I've tried in two different machines and the result has been the same. The LiveView device does get into DFU mode, so this doesn't seem to be the problem.

Can it be that the update takes so long to run ? Or is there an issue with the update software ?

Hi,

You should try to restart the PC and disable your antivirus and firewalls. Then try the update again. This issue is often caused when you don't restart the computer after installing the software.

i have a same problem...... after a long time when i use it it shows usb port and DFU............... now it isnot doing any things.... now what to do,....
