Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008

If the behavior persists, I suggest that you try to make a factory reset, and if that doesn't help, I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

i have the same problem... when i bought the phone last December 29, 2014 it functioned however one to two weeks after my touch screen response became disfunctional so i decided to give to the enterprise where i bought the unit. it took me almost 7 months until now to know the condition of the phone and until now no cure was done for the unit. Moreover, the sonyericson company through the Millington Enterprise told me that i need to pay P8,500.00 for the repair. I asked then why should i pay in the first place it was a defect of your product and i waaited for how many months and until now no repair was done.

i think and believe the sony ericson should have move for this problem..if it is the fault of the user why does everyone is complaining about it. check your products! the right of the buyer is for us to have refund or replacement of the product! or possible we can really ask for court intervention.
