Do you experience the restarts randomly or can you see any pattern in the restarts?

I have same problem. I have bought Xperia E1 dual in April 2014. It restarts/reboots randomly maytimes in a day. It is driving me crazy. I have not installed many apps. I have only installed AVG antivirus, Clean master optimizer, Temple run2, candycrush, wahtsapp and picsart photo editor. Kidly offer me some solution.

Hi Alexander,
Removing the task killer and anti virus software does not work. Have you actually identified the issue here and come up with a proper fix??

I was addressing this at Alexander from Sony Xperia Support. My gut feeling is that it is a software bug. Why do Sony not have an explanation yet??!

Most of xperia e1 users even me experiencing this so the problem is with the phone not with the app we installed hope sony will fix this

Android does not need task killer,it closes apps when needs RAM.And for antivirus,this is debatable.If you download from google play only,there should not be problems.

This problem is with the software.
I have a fresh version of 4.3 with no apps installed and the problem still happens.

Sony you are a disgrace for first of all not admitting this is a problem and second of all not proposing any solution whatsoever. It makes me sick to my stomach that I have bought this restarting brick from you.

Virus didn't come from third party apps only, so i won't remove my anti virus.

i have an E1 to it has a couple of issues i can think of. the only thing i can sugest is get a samsung s4- s5 blindingly good phoe nocks spots of any i phone

Any chance you could give more info on this issue as you have not commented since 2013. I bought a Sony Xperia E1 in April this year and this problem is happening the last 3 months, now I cannot access my phone at all, its constantly reboots, doesnt even let me get my PIN in and it reboots again.

Im a Producer/Dj and i love my music,i listern to music everyday and have to say im really disapointed with the XPERIA E1,this phone **bleep**!dont get me started with the freezing and shutting down unexpectedly.
To think that i spent so much money on it,i regret ever purchasing this thing:'(... if the was a way to get a refund i would take it back..very disappointed

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the phone restarting itself.

I recommend that you first make sure that the phone is updated with the latest software. For Xperia E1 it's 20.1.A.0.47 and for Xperia E1 Dual it's 20.1.B.0.64.
If you have this issue on the latest software, could you please check if it also happens in safe mode?
