I have been using Xperia E for about 8 months and I am facing trouble. The phone becomes too slow at times and thus it has become very irritating to use it. The screen freezes many times during the day even when I try to open built in applications like messaging, call logs or album. Many of the times, the phone freezes when I receive a call thus making me unable to pick up the call. I do have a decent amount of phone memory and RAM free, still the device is slow. I disabled live wallpapers and do not use many widgets but still the problem prevails. Please help.

thanks for your reply. but wont my phone get formatted (i.e. all my installed apps & data get deleted) if i do a factory reset? also, i booted my phone in safe mode and its working fine. that means i have some problems with the third party apps that i have installed. but how do i know which app is causing a problem?

Your installed applications and data will not be erased with factory reset. Don't worry. :smileysmileythumbsup:

I have the same problem not happy with this phone at all I will go on apps or use the phone it is slow or freezes constantly or shuts down the app or the phone if I try to use it when charging the touch screen becomes hypersensitive and touching one letter or number would show up at least 10 times I just wanted a decent smart phone but this seems to be a useless phone. I recently purchased a in car charger to use maps to take my family for a long journey half an hour into the journey it shut down that many times I had to get a Sat nav as it wouldn't work tidy. It also says constantly that I have no storage although I have not down loaded any extra apps that came with the phone I constantly have to delete things from my phone and I have a memory card that I purchased separately and I have moved some of the apps that the phone came with on to the memory card I've only had this phone 6 months I don't think this phone could have any more problems
