water damage

Hello,

My phone is in water damage i dont know how it happed because it did't went down to water, it was in my own hand when am near a water fall. my phone is not in warrenty. i reached sony support center, but they told they cannot fix this issue. i dont know why they are tellig like that. but in that fone some lights are blinking and some sounds like unloking and locking are working, that i can hear. please give me a suiitable solution.

Open the lids covering all the ports and check for water markers.What colour are those?

all ports are red colour.

They told that the display has crashed somehow because of the water damage, it needs a display replacement and its cost around 18000 INR.
