facebook video error

Hi, i have a problem with videos on facebook. It's keep showing me an error at the videos uploaded directly on facebook
"sorry, But an unknown error ocured while trying to play this video"
It is an error from phones software or from the app? Both are up to date. Do anyone have same problem? It is there any solutions?

Yes... Sony "solved" the problem... Indeed about a week it worked perfectly, but now the error began to appear again and again... And alexdon i don't need a link to a 30-40 pages topic where i don't find a good and permanent solution... I WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED!!!!
I see that sony it doesn't give a f*ck about customers problems...or if it does it takes a life time to come with a solution...
I was (past) a Sony fan..but my future phone surely will not be a Sony...you have to many bugs on your software and you do nothing to repair them!!
Sorry for my english...i'm not a native ebglish speaker.
