Incoming calls

My z1 compact has suddenly stopped receiving incoming calls and callers are directed straight to voicemail. All other functions including making out going calls are fine?? Any ideas on how to fix this???

Have you turned on call barring or call forwarding - Settings then Call settings

Thanks, but all settings are ok to accept incoming calls. Any other ideas??

How about answering machine? Is it off as well?

Is this only happening to specific numbers or all of them?

I just got the same problem. I tried reseting my phone and first made a safety backup. But it didn't help. And the backup don't work either so now I lost my contacts! :(((

hi,

I have the same problem z1 compact. I don´t use voicemail but people say that when they try to call me a women voice says that the call cannot be connected. And now the latest problem is that people call me but nothing happens in my phone!? They here ringing sound but my phone doesn´t do anything. I don´t know if somebody has called me or not. This happens occasionally and for every number. Should I just send the phone to our service center. It´s bought less then year ago.
