Hi,

The other week, my phone kept freezing everytime i went onto the web browser thats pre-installed on the phone (not google chrome). One minute it was working fine and then the next it just shows a white screen, hangs for a good few minutes and then eventually just returns to the home screen. I restored the phone to its factory settings but the problem still continued after re-starting it! Anyone else had this problem, if so any ideas what to do?

Which other web browser are you speaking of - The only one I see is Chrome

Probably the small apps browser called webmall.

The one that just says "browser", not sure if it's a browser that comes only with Three mobile network maybe?!

If it is a 3 web browser issue then that is a 3 network issue as they would have modified the software and included that
