Neo l camera struck when capturing

my camera is working, when i on it shows but when i capture it get stucks and photos are not be saveing in gallery. wast mobile. i did reset for many times but it dosent, do somethink for it, do i wanna update the softwear.?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Do you get any error messages or similar? I suggest that you go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps (ignore this step if you end up at the tab "Downloaded") > The tab "All" > Camera > Clear data.

If there are no improvement, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
