    <description>in my m dual after plugging in the earphones sound still comes through speaker.its happening after i upgrade to 4.3.I tried to clear the cache and data both, of smart connect but in vain!!&lt;BR /&gt;where is the problem??no headphones or earphones working,infact it cant detect any....</description>
