    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it worked in safe mode it sounds like you have an 3rd party app installed that is causing the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Otherwise I can advice you to reinstall the software using PC Companion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/update" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; click on the blue highlight (Repair my phone/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Before repairing the software in your device you may want to backup your information first.       <description>&lt;P&gt;when it's playing music ,instead of playing from the back speaker ,it plays from the ear speaker all the time.Generally,my back speaker doesn't work well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to clear data for smart connect.Also,you could try to unplug the headset while listening to music or while in a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could also try to restart your device by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched the phone to safe mode and when I exited the speaker worked ,but then,after a week the same problem appeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read somewhere that the software has a problem.what can I do with it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
