Notification lights not working on my Z2

Help

The notification lights on my New Z2 stopped working. I checked youtube and the sony site and they advised to reset the phone. I reset ( what a pain that was) and the notification lights still don't work. I checked the box to show the notification but still nothing.

Did you try to use another phone to send your self an sms to see if the lights on while your phone screen is off.

If still same and since you did a reset then you need to visit your local service centre for assessment.

Thnx for your reply. I called the phnoe and txt it and whatsapp it etc and nothing. i did check now on youtube and it mentions reseting the phone and unchecking the data backup. It took me forever to restore the phone aft the first reset I almost don't wanna bother.

This is probably very late, maybe doesn't work, but it worked for my new Z3.

-Download light flow

-after installing, start up the app, it will say that you need to enable notification access.

-click on yes

-when you're in that menu, select style cover.

-then just deinstall light flow.

It worked for me, gmail didn't give any notification and now it does!

sorry if it doesn't work for Z2, I don't know anything about it's UI, but I just tried to help, I've seen alot of people with this problem and it worked for my Z3.
