Alarm Clock hangs when I change the time, not always, possibly related to SD

Hi,

Sometimes it happens that in the Stock Alarm Clock I'm unable to change the alarm time, as soon as I tap on one specific alarm entry in order to change the time the App freezes. Sometimes reboot helped, but not always. I have a suspicion that it is somehow related to the SD-card I use, because I noticed some change in behaviour when I took that out / mounted it on the computer / unmounted it on the phone.... yet no results that I was consistently replicate more than twice.

Please let me know what to.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Clock > Clear data. Try to add a new alarm to see if you experience the same behaviour.

Otherwise, do you add your own alarm sound? Perhaps a sound that is stored at the SD-card?

No, no custom alarm ring tone. Clearing the data does not help, it just deletes all my alarms and sets the standards alarms, though they are again not modifyable.

The problem did not occur since my first post, but is back today.
