I have being facing some issues lately with my SP since the 4.3 update such as it randomly rebooting itself, making random phone calls, fading to a yellow/black colour while texting and making it freeze up and crash.

The main problem that I have been getting that has been really annoying is whenever it goes completly dead and I put the charger in be it to charge from the socket or my PC it will act as if I have turned it on and start booting itself up until obviously it will again die because the battery is dead. This happens about 3/4 times with me having to take the wire out an put back in before it will eventually charge offline.

So I tried to repair the software on it via the Sony PC Companion and for a day or 2 everything seemed as if it was back to normal only I wake up this morning to find that my phone had died during the night while I was asleep. I thought nothing of it took it downstairs this morning to put it on charge plugged it into the socket and the red light came on the bottom light bar. I normally would press the power button to ensure that battery had came on to indicate an offline charge only with the red light coming on I thought it must be charging so I left it there.

An hour later I moved the phone to get something from underneath it and the red light goes off so I press the power button to see if it is charging and nothing, I try to hold the power button to turn it on and yeah you guessed it nothing. I have tried to hook it up to my PC via the USB and it would normally recognize my phone instantly only now nothing won't even acknowledge it being plugged in so therefore before one of the Sony reps give the recommendation of a Sony PC Companion software repair I can't use it at all because the computer and Sony PC Companion won't acknowlodge the phone being connected as I mentioned above.

After leaving the phone connected to the charger for a few hours the red light came back on the bottom light bar solid but still I press the power button to see if it is charging an nothing, I try to keep it held to turn it on and nothing at all but a solid red light on the light bar at the bottom.

no it didn't work and yet again after even saying in my original post about this generic copy and paste job about the software repair on the PC companion you still go and do the same thing nice to know that Sony Mobile actually read the posts (Sarcasm intended).

As I said about it in my original post how am I meant to use it when my PC won't even acknowledge my phone when connected to it nothing has worked and it is now in Sony's hands getting repaired and rest assured I have taking pictures of the device the day I sent it to you so that you can't come out and say their was physical damage to it on either the outside or the battery compartment like a lot of phone companies tend to do these days so that they charge for the repair.

The level of customer service with Sony mobile is absoultely a joke it took a normal forum member to give me a suggestion before anyone official even bothered to reply to the post just to give me the generic cut and paste BS that I had already tried beforehand but then you would of known that if you had actually took the time to read my initial post properly.
