Unlocking problem

Hi! my son lock my xperia E phone thru a pattern and now he cant remember the pattern & i cant unlock my phone..how will i reopen my phone since my google account is not recognized and i also dont know the answer to the security question..I hope I can get feedback from you soon..thanks

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information provided, I can advise that you will be required to perform a software repair on the device to remove the Pattern lock from the handset. Please see the instructions below on how this is done.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

I have tried the way it has been written on the computer numerous time but i still am getting that i need to put in my pin before they can refresh anything. So what shall i do?
