    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had&amp;nbsp;my Z1 compact for 3 weeks and today it decided to become unresponsive. I have tried pressing the off and volume button, pressing the red restart button and connecting it to a wall charger but nothing has changed. Please help me!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apart from performing a system repair I would return it to the place of purchase as it's less that 30 days old or bought&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it won't switch on then no and if it does switch on but the touch doesn't respong then use a USB OTG cable with a mouse used on a Pc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
