T2Ultra restarting issue

Hello,

I have updated recently my Xperia T2Ultra to 4.4.2 and since then my phone restarts 3-4 times a day. I have to mention that before the update this wasn't an issue, my phone never rebooted and that I updated my phone with the PC Companion. Can someone help me out?

Does the same occur if you remove the SIM?

I haven't tried it out but I will. Can you explain a bit what is your point in this? I had the same SIM card in the phone before the update and everithyng was ok.

Usually,a faulty SIM or a wrong inserted one can cause restarts,that is why I suggested this.

OK got it!

But if it's not this the problem, what's next?

I was thinking to go back to the previos android version but I really liked the "app to SD" feature in this version.

It reboots randomly 3-4 times a day, just like that. I love this phone, massive 6 incher and good battery life but this is frustrating.

Sorry,I hope it is just a software glitch and it can be solved with a software repair,if the SIM is not the problem.

You can try to restore the phone to factory default setting. Wipe everything and restart as a fresh phone. Usually it will resolve the problem. After a major update like Kitkat, some dormant files may be left over and causing the problem.

Is update kitkat 4.4.2 released for t2 ultra in india ? Nd r the issues solved plz reply
