Touch screen problem

Hi there!

When I play games or use facebook app, touch screen goes wild.
For example, if I play Boom Beach, world map starts shaking, or when I play Modern Combat, It's goes hard to aim and when I press home button It's doesn't react, or automatically launches "What's new" app and I have to press task button to disable app.

And at last facebook app.
when I use it, phone warms (when I play, its warms too) and it's impossible to write down anything.
I press J button, it's writes S, try again and instead J writes R. It's not about J button, this is a problem of any of them.
Please give me advice, what should I do to prevent this.

Hi,

Do you have any 3rd party screen protector on your phone? If you have you could try to remove it. If you haven't or if it doesn't help I would suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
