Problem microphone voice call

I have the following problem: when I make or receive a call (normal), the person who talks to me can not hear my voice, if I blow into the microphone the user that is in communication with me it feels. I can also send voice messages on whatsapp even if you feel low; The app records the voice recorder but it feels very low even if I cry!
I solve the problem?
or is it a serious problem of the microphone?

Check your call settings for microphone noise suppression and if it's ticked then untick and that should solve your issue

I tried to change the setting you suggested but it did not work. The microphone still does not work during a call. Maybe the microphone is broken

If you think it's not working the way it should be then have it checked out either by the retailer you bought it from or contact Xperia care This is an English only forum - Please edit your post accordingly or it will be removed
