&lt;P&gt;By reset do you mean you performed a Factory Data reset or simply restarted the handset?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you only restarted,&amp;nbsp;this may be an application fault, try clearing the Smart Connect application first.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Menu &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Smart Connect &amp;gt; Clear Data.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I performed a complete factory reset in order to resolve poor performance (this was resolved) but was hoping that it would also resolve the headphones issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
