The app you mention is probably causing a conflict with Stamina mode so you'd be best not installing it

Hi, I have a problem with my device's STAMINA mode. I've read all the posts and comments and follow their instructions, but they didn't work, even the repair. Problem begins when I install mobilego. When I turn on STAMINA, after a while in standby a notification says mobilego doesn't let STAMINA work properly, and when I tap on it, it brings mobilego app for uninstall. After two time I accidentally tap on "got it" in notifications and STAMINA mode didn't work after. even after all the works.

I will very appreciate if you help me with this.

Thanks in advance

Ehsan Khedive

I removed it and first clear Extended standby mode controller catch, perform factory reset, and finally repair it. but it didn't work again.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I've done the repair as you described yesterday. But after that, again I put it on STAMINA and turn WiFi on before everything else and it didn't turned of during standby. Even I puted in doubt that in stamina mode WiFi doesn't turn off. I think I should test it according to battery life time on both normal and STAMINA. Besides, I reset the phone to factory settings before the repair.

Thank you anyway
