&lt;P&gt;if you are using a protective Sheet or a Case on the device, it is possible that these may be affecting the proximity sensor.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I suggest removing them if you are using them and see if the issue continues.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>my phone shuts down</title>

      <description>When I make a phone call or receive a phone call my screen go's black and I can't do anything for up to 20mins later, I can't end the call I can't swipe my screen, this has only been happening for the last 3weeks what can I do I like the phone a great deal and have no other issues please someone help me</description>
