Black screen, with lit backlight

when I plugged phone to charger or use battery, the screen is blank but the backlight is lit. When I hold power and vol+ it reboots vibrates and the Sony Xperia logo appears then back to blank black screen. What to do to fix, I connected to pd companion and my PC can't recognize phone

Yea I have Xperia companion and it doesn't recognize phone, only option I can select is software repair but I don't have google acct info and the seller doesn't know if it's linked to google acct.

the bootloader I never tried, how do I use it and get it from

If I unplugged all the connections attached to motherboard for a few minutes, will it solve issue?

Z ultra would not power up or show charge or life. It worked before I went on vacation and left it behind the battery died and when I came back to charge it up and use nothing happened it showed red led charge light while plugged in for hours and then it suddenly stopped showing any light. When I plug I a charger cord it shows red light for few Seconds then go away never showing up again. I switched with 2 new battery and nothing, tried the vol+ method and also held the vol - method still nothing, please help.my pc don't recognize it either
