Network Device Tries Exceeded

Hi there everyone, a few days ago i have bought a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, in which it came with the network unlocking code, but on my network configuration, i get this. Can anyone help me solving this.

You should contact the seller as they probably entered the incorrect unlock pin multiple times, and you won't be able to unlock it, you could contact your Local support and see if they can reset the counter, but keep in mind that Sony does not provide such unlock codes

Forgot to mention, the device was bought second handed.

You will have to contact the seller
