      <description>Clean the sensor with a lightly damp cloth, dry it then try.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, wash hands to remove sweat, dry then re-register your print twice as a fallback</description>

Your hands will need to be clean and dry for it to work correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
