Hi, I'm z5 premium mobile because when I was a little sweaty fingerprint sensor does not work? You used to do so, or only for my mobile

Clean the sensor with a lightly damp cloth, dry it then try.
Also, wash hands to remove sweat, dry then re-register your print twice as a fallback

@Amirtna, yes i agree with the suggestions above. here's another tip. aside from registering the same finger more than once, try to scan where there are prominent ridges, mostly near the the bottom of the thumb..

Welcome to the community.

Sweat, dirt, moisture etc will interfere with the accuracy of the fingerprint sensor. Your hands will need to be clean and dry for it to work correctly.
