since I bought my device when it was released i have had problems with random crashes and reboots. Checking if someone have seen the same and have a solution since I have only had silence from support.

When it happens it goes like this.

Mobile network signal is lost, device freezs , screen goes black, diode blinks red 5 times, reboot.

Have tried restoring, reseting tc with pc companion. Not disapered whith numerous of fw uppgrades.

Seems t be more frequent when using mobile data than when on wifi.

Anyone seens the same and know of a fix?

hI Hajfenix,

Have you tried testing with an alternative SIM card as this may be causing the device to crash or simply replace the SIM and let us know.

This could also be related to an SD card, try backing it up and formatting it then put the data back on and test accordingly.

Yes forgot to mention that I have also replaced my sim once to test (got a new one from my operator). Got distracted since the tablet rebooted 3 times while trying to write my post.

So once again tremendous silence after my reply on this issue. Have tried resetting and replacing sim again and running without sd card. Still the same issue with crash reboots with red diode flashing.

How can I get about to get my device replaced? Have been struggling with this issue far to long now and it seems to be a hardware problem so how can I get it replaced?
