Can you please go to Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Preferred Network Type and make sure you have the appropriate type selected? Usually LTE or 4G preferred.

My problem is : I want to use 2G only mode.

This option is disappearance.

I see, I misunderstood. It does appear to be that way.

In most places 2G is being phased out so that could be part of the reason. Unfortunately I don't have a way to bring the 2G only back but I will log your feedback.
