Earphone problem

J'ai un Sony XZ1 depuis peu et je rencontre un problème apparemment connu. En effet, ma prise jack pour les écouteurs ne reconnaît pas mes écouteurs qui sont d'une autre marque que Sony. J'ai téléchargé une application payante qui était conseillée sur la plupart des forums : Soundabout, mais elle ne fonctionne pas.

I have a Sony XZ1 recently and I encounter a problem apparently known. Indeed, my jack for headphones does not recognize my headphones that are of a brand other than Sony. I downloaded a paid application that was recommended on most forums: Soundabout, but it does not work.
