Warranty to: 20/05/2018
IMEI:

I am writing to complain about the service provided by your support service. I sent my phone to Sony and was told it was irepairabale due to a bend in the casing. The bend was miniscule and i had never noticed it before. I did not believe Sony so I took to the local Hex repair shop, They said the bend was cosmetic only and this was clear from an examination of the phone. They however said the sim was faulty and after a new sim the phone is perfect. It is clear now that Sony made no effort to fix the phone but only looked for any sign of physical damage even if cosmetic to avoid their warranty responsibility .

You are clearly biased in your views and presumbaly work for Sony.

The mother board is not damaged which is a fact following inspection.

Sony should have checked that and also that only a new sim was required;.

The service was very poor and I am now escalating
