topic screen is blank in XZ Series

screen is blank

Hi all

My xz1 problem is when an call comes in, you hear the ringtone but the screen stays off

Pressing the power button to bring the screen ends the call

Only done this since the update on 16 june

Any ideas

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

No i haven't, but it's ok now

No idea what I've done to get it back

On a old sony phone, i had Call management

Cant find it on the xz1

Does it have it?

For call management tap phone app>top right 3 dots >Settings >Call accounts >Select the SIM card (if dual SIM).
