    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1164900"&gt;@Vins72&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;please try posting your messages and questions in English. this is a global forum, so more people will be able to understand and assist you that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the phone comes with a protective plastic film on the display that is supposed to protect the display when the phone's shipped in the box, but should be peeled off when you start using the phone. did you remove it, and do you use any kind of screen protector? it's possible that it's covering the proximity sensor, so the phone thinks that it's being pressed against your ear during the call, and keeps the screen turned off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Durante le chiamate in uscita, ed in entrata, si oscura il display e nonsi vede niente. Anche provando a pigiare il tasto accensione non si illumina. Nonsi vede niente. A chiamata terminata... Si riattiva. Il telefono è un IXPERIA XZ2 COMPACT, nuovo acquistato da un mese. Grazie buona serata&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During outgoing calls and incoming calls, the display is dimmed and nothing is seen. Even trying to press the power button does not light up. Can not see anything. When the call is ended ... It is reactivated. The phone is a IXPERIA XZ2 COMPACT, a new one that has been purchased for a month.
