Update could not verify??

Downloaded update and phone attempted to verify the same and it just keeps thinking. I have turned off and reset but still thinking and unable to verify.

Hi @Andrew30;

Have you tried going to settings>apps and notifications>app info>top right 3 dots, show system>software update>clear app cache and data, restart phone.
