    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/997170"&gt;@Leandra1&lt;/A&gt; I don't think the problem is software but hardware, there is probably something in the USB port provoking a short, that will trick the software to show that the device is charging but in reality the short is discharging the battery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to check the USB port, blow in it and try to clean it.       <title>Charging issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been three days now where the phone is charging by itself(without being plugged in) but instead of charging the battery runs down superfast. What would be the cause of this? Software and all apps are up to date. Would this be a technical issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to resolve the issue... I downloaded the smart connect app and since then it started with the issue. I uninstalled it today and recharged... And now it's back to normal again...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
