Lags during opening and using apps.

I had a problem when opening whatsapp which lags during the reopening for replying messages. I need to wait around 5-10 seconds until it refresh especially when I switch apps between whatsapp and facebook which is very annoying! It even lags when I am scrolling in Facebook or Instagram.

My google keyboard also lags sometimes. Battery drains too fast. I need to charge my XZ 3 times a day with a moderate usage. I checked the cpu and the ram usage. Both are high even when no apps running. These problems ARE NOT HAPPENING for the very first time I had this ZX. Fix this! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SONY.

Hi @Anas_97, welcome to the community.

Because these are all third party applications there is little assistance I can provide you with them.

I recommend you test your phone in safe mode and see if you experience similar issues with just the base apps on the phone.
