Yesterday I did a software-repair and after that it was even worse than before... More crashes . Starting the phone ends after some seconds in a crash and reboots again in a crash. I just put the phone away. Some hours later I boot the xz. Today the phone runs smooth and there are no crashes anymore. I did nothing! I mean come on, that sounds great!

But I am asking me, was it witchcraft?!

If I take a look in my setup-->diagnose there is an information missing. My warranty date..

And there are wrong informations about my internal memory! I got 64GB,but now it says 32GB.

If I take a look in setup-->memory. It shows me my 64GB. But 44GB are used under "system".

It's ridiculous! What's going on here?

Hi,

I bought my Xperia XZ on eBay. Its the International Version F8332. My problem is, it is rebooting oder crash to many times. Ich don't think it is a software failure. I used the safe-mode, reset the Phone, and did the software-repair. But nothing helps! Another problem is the quick charger (uch12w) doesn't work either. It has the same speed like the normal charger. Sometimes it even crashes in the charging process.

So my question is, what can i do? I come from germany and called with the german support. I asked for Repair. They are telling me, they are not responsible for my International Version F8332 and cannot help me.

So who can help me?

as far as i know, there is really no international xperia version. your device either comes from a place imported by ebay., have you contacted the retailer?(ebay) did the retailer offer you some sort of seller's warranty?

regarding the charger. fast charging works fastest when the battery is on 0-80%, once it reaches 80% above it will slowdown to avoid damage on the battery components.

ok thank you,

i will contact the retailer and ask him about the issue. I hope, he will help me, because he gives me only 1 month warranty, and now i got the phone about 2 month.

I will see!

The charger is ok, it is the second charger i bought. The Original Sony Charger (UCH12W) but the Phone needs 2 hours and 40 minutes to charge from 0-100% just as the normal charger (UCH20).

There is no differnce in speed! There is even a greater problem, somtimes it crash durring the charging process only when i use the UCH12W.

I mean the qualcom Processors are communicating with the quickcharging device. But it looks like, thats not the case...

I still guess its a hardware problem of the phone! Too many crashes, and rebooting loops...
