Bought phone in February. Overnight it just stopped charging by mains or power bank via a usb. Have tried many combinations of lead and plug. Bought brand new. Still no joy. However, it will charge using a random C-to-C charger. Have reset phone, installed all updates, cleaned port. Nothing

Was working perfectly the day before on usb mains, power bank and pc hook up. What is going on.

If the phone is charging fine with one cable and the other, so it could be a compatibility issue. It's better to test the phone with one of Sony chargers to be able to tell where's the issue coming from.

For example, this model is a bundled charger (charger and cable bundle) XQZ-UC1.
